Enter to Win a Misen Knife (& Learn How to Use It, Too!)

Our editor-at-large, Jenn de la Vega, takes us through the basics of holding and using a knife. She covers mincing, slicing, dicing and more all in the service of making a big tasty salad.

Put a Egg On It and Misen have teamed up to give away one heck of a knife. I loved shooting this short tutorial video. I picked this salad because it had so many elements that displayed the different ways you can cut vegetables.
