CATERING
Weddings & Special Events
My weddings are custom, thoughtful menus inspired by your family recipes, first dates, home-cooked meals, and snacks you remember eating when you were a kid. My specialties are cheese, charcuterie, and bbq but I’m willing to develop menus or dishes that are uniquely you. From cultural mash-ups like dashi brisket to burritos, line-caught salmon, chicken satay, a congee bar, and moussaka on roti; I’ll find a way to make the meal memorable. I’m open to hybrid services and collaborating with local businesses or caterers to make your vision happen.
I can also cater your baby shower, birthday, and anything that needs extra culinary care.

FAQ
Do you need a deposit?
Yes! I prefer payment in full for set menus, but if your crew numbers are unpredictable, I can take 50% deposit to hold the date and 50% on wrap day.
What’s the difference between individual meals versus buffet?
Individual meals are in their own boxes but tend to cost more for the materials. They’re portable and easy. Buffet meals come in bulk foil trays and serving ware with less materials. While cost-effective, someone has to be responsible for cooling, heating, and taking leftovers at the end of the day.
Can we make substitutions?
Absolutely, yes. I need at least 1-week notice before your shoot date for any changes. Last-minute changes incur a 15% rush fee. Please reach out and confirm if changes are possible. I consider a “change” to be additional meals, more than 5 person increase, and day changes.
How much lead time do you need?
I love as much notice as possible to hold calendar dates, but 2 weeks notice for small shoots is great. Any sooner incurs a 15% rush fee.
What payments do you accept?
ACH, Zelle, Paypal, Venumo, and Credit Card via Square.
3% processing fee for credit cards through Paypal, Venmo, and Square.
Wire transfers incur $15 domestic processing fee, $30 for international.
What if we need to cancel?
It costs me nothing to cancel with a week’s notice and I look forward to holding a date with you in the future. Unfortunately, my vendors charge cancellation fees if it’s within 24 hours of the delivery date. It’s $45 plus $60 for the hour it takes to call and stop the orders.
